What are the National Standards?

The National Standards for the personal injury industry define what good looks like in claims service delivery.

They are a practical, evidence-based framework that includes:

Why are the Standards in place?

The personal injury system is complex and can be challenging to navigate. The National Standards will:

Who are the Standards for?

The Standards enable and create value across the entire personal injury ecosystem.

When will they launch?

The National Standards will officially launch in January 2026, with supporting learning content, assessment tools, and reporting capability available for organisations and jurisdictions ready to adopt.

Implementation will be phased, ensuring flexibility for local needs while establishing a common national foundation. Early adopters will help lead the way, sharing insights and driving industry-wide capability uplift.
