Online Employer Services System
WorkSafe's Online Employer Services System provides employers with the ability to update information relating to their WorkSafe injury insurance policy. This includes providing their annual Certified and Estimated Rateable Remuneration and informing their WorkSafe Agent of a change of contact details or a change of workplace address. If you have previously used the Employer Online Remuneration system your existing username and password will provide you access to the Online Employer Services System.
Complete your Declaration of Rateable Remuneration Online
Employers renewing their Victorian WorkSafe Injury Insurance can complete their Declaration of Rateable Remuneration online. The online system allows employers to certify their rateable remuneration for the previous financial year and estimate their rateable remuneration for the current financial year. The system also allows employers to recertify and re-estimate at any time.
Online Access
The data we collect from your business is confidential. In order to access your secure account please either use your existing Username and Password if you used the Employer Online Remuneration system previously, or if you have not used the system before you will need to use the Username and Password found in the Declaration of Rateable Remuneration package issued in June.
Prior to accessing the Online Employer Services System or undertaking your online Declaration of Rateable Remuneration, if you have not already done so, you will be directed to register and agree to the WorkSafe Victoria Online Services Terms & Conditions.

The service has not been verified with other browsers but may function correctly. Browsers must have JavaScript and Cookies enabled.
