CPIP designation is recommended for anyone responsible for the management of personal injury claims or involved in the claims management process, such as:
- claims officers
- technical managers
- injury management advisors
- team leaders
The CPIP is also highly relevant for those responsible for developing, implementing and/or evaluating claims management policies and procedures, either within their own organisation or across the broader industry.
