Ongoing professional development is a requirement for maintaining certification status. This can include:

• completing online courses
• attending conferences
• workshops
• seminars 
• in-house training programs

The professional development completed should be documented and submitted with the annual submission.

Ongoing maintenance of certification status will require annual submissions, which will entitle the individual to the ongoing use of the CDMP^TM and CRTWC^TM designations as well as publication and inclusion in the registry of professionals.
