How to Apply

To apply for the CDMP and CRTWC designation, you need to complete the following steps:

Step 1:  Download and read through the CDMP brochure or the CRTWC brochure.

Step 2:  Download and familiarise yourself with Policy and Procedures for your chosen designation:

Step 3:  Download and complete the application form for your chosen designation:

Step 4:  Return your completed application, with required documentation to:
