Participants learn through applying their skills and knowledge in their workplace, through completion of workplace based activities, consideration of case studies and scenarios, and group activities and discussions.
The facilitators, subject matter experts and workplace supervisors encourage the learners to adopt an independent approach. At the same time participants are encouraged to proactively engage with their coaches and mentors in the workplace.
