Understanding Accident Compensation
The Understanding Accident Compensation in Australia and New Zealand online training program has been designed to provide a comprehensive overview of workers' compensation schemes and compulsory third party insurance and aims to give participants a better understanding of how accident compensation schemes work across Australia and New Zealand.
The module includes information on the way that each scheme deals with key aspects such as the size and nature of the schemes, coverage, benefits, self-insurance, common law and dispute resolution.
