The Certified Personal Injury Professional (CPIP) designation sets the benchmark for the personal injury industry across Australia and New Zealand.
CPIPs are personal injury professionals who distinguish themselves through a relevant industry-based qualification or recognised equivalent, maintain up-to-date technical skills and knowledge through a program of professional development and abide by the PIEF’s Code of Professional Conduct, ensuring best standards of professional practice and integrity.
The CPIP is recommended for anyone responsible for the management of personal injury claims or those involved in the claims management process. The CPIP is also highly relevant for those who are responsible for developing, implementing and/or evaluating personal injury management policies and procedures.
