Who should complete these vocational programs?

There are three vocational qualifications for people working in claims management.

Certificate III in Personal Injury Management (Claims Management) is appropriate for people who have a direct involvement in the management of low risk claims and who have not worked in the industry for more than 3 months.

Certificate IV in Financial Services (Claims Management) is appropriate for Case Managers who have been working within the industry between 6 and 18 months and are now dealing with more complex cases including the development of strategic case management action plans.

Diploma in Personal Injury Management is appropriate for experienced case managers who have been in the role for a minimum of 18 months, case managers with responsibility for high risk claims and case managers aspiring to, or moving to a technical manager/ team leader role.
