How are the vocational programs delivered?
Each qualification is delivered through a combination of workshops, workplace activities and workplace mentoring.
Certificate III
Each module has a set duration however participants may choose the commencement date that most suit them. Participants can be enrolled in one or more modules or the full qualification. Three or four 1 day workshops are conducted.
The workshops are designed to consolidate the participants' learning and allow them the opportunity to network with and learn from others in the Workplace Injury Insurance Industry. Participants need to be assisted by supervisors (workplace mentor) for support/guidance as they work through the program.
Certificate IV
This qualification is made up of four modules. Participants can enrol in individual modules as professional development and receive Statements of Attainment upon successful completion of the Module's assessment requirements. Participants can also enrol into the full qualification and upon successful completion of all assessment requirements, receive a Certificate IV qualification.
Two workshops are held as part of each module's delivery. The average duration of each module is 10 weeks.
Diploma
This qualification is made up of four modules. Participants can enrol in individual modules for professional development and receive a Statement of Attainment upon successful completion of the assessment requirements for that module. Alternatively participants can enrol in the full qualification and receive a Diploma of Personal injury Management (Workers Compensation) upon successful completion of all assessment requirements.
Two workshops are held as part of each module's delivery. Each module duration is 12 weeks.
